Ms. Feng was extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating, as well as knowledgeable in booking our trip. We especially appreciated her patience and expertise in recommending and implementing the best itinerary for us. The pick up and departure at the airports were comforting, reassuring and efficient - yes, we initially had apprehensions when first arriving at the Beijing airport, until we saw our waiting tour guide with a big welcoming smile on her face, carrying a sign with our names on it! We loved all the hotels (the Grand Hyatt, Sheraton), which were luxurious and in the best locations. The tour guides and the drivers were friendly and very helpful. We were very impressed with the fluency and command of the English language, and with the knowledge of the history and culture of the areas of our tour guides,Ivy Ma in Beijing, and Swallow Liu in Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou. We learned much from them. Yes, we also enjoyed the foods at the restaurants arranged and recommended by our tour guides.
